 The safety and well-being of every child at Brookecare are our highest priorities. Our child protection and safeguarding policy adheres to national standards and includes rigorous procedures to protect each child from harm. Our staff receive ongoing training to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion. 

 Brookecare House follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable environment. We conduct regular inspections, adhere to sanitation standards, and have emergency procedures in place to respond swiftly to any unexpected situations.

 We respect the privacy and confidentiality of each child and family we serve. All personal and sensitive information is handled according to data protection laws and is only shared with authorized individuals to support each child’s well-being and development. 

 We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for children and young people accommodated within Brookecare homes. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable. If bullying does occur, the child should be able to tell a trusted adult and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
